DPR Landscapes is a custom design and build company based out of Whitby, Ontario. We specialize in interlock and deck construction projects. We offer full time employment 12 months a year.

In the Spring/Summer/Fall team member will join a crew to complete Hardscape Construction and Woodworking.

We are seeking new crew members to add to our team. Both experienced hardscapers and individuals interested in the industry are welcome to apply. At the end of the day, we are looking for crew members that display a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and strong work ethic. We believe that people who value these characteristics make for a productive and enjoyable working experience.

Inexperienced crew members will be trained internally, on-site. Applicants should willing and able to be trained on skills such as

• Heavy machinery/power tool operation
• Grading
• Cutting pavers/natural stone using concrete saws
• Wall and step heights
• Carpentry
• Masonry

It is up to you to hone these skills. Applicants who are experienced in these areas are expected to step in and contribute right away.

Compensation is based on experience and the employees proficiency in the main tasks mentioned above, especially cutting and grading. However, as mentioned above, we value work ethic and attitude very highly. We will always reward employees that consistently show up everyday and put forth their best effort.

After 1 year of full-time employment, employees may be invited to join our health care benefits program.
