THE WORK:

  • Lay permeable and traditional pavers and natural stone
  • Build dry and masonry walls
  • Operate machinery in all conditions
  • Complete projects with little oversight from others
  • Develop project plan, logistics, goals
  • Layout and install from plans independently
  • Inspect job sites throughout for highest quality standards
  • Lead crew (clock ins/outs, discipline, training, safety, productivity, efficiency, etc

Are you:

  • Highly motivated, focused, self-starter
  • Computer literate
  • Able to effectively use CRM appAn excellent manager and leader
  • Able to handle any issues, a great problem solver
  • A great organizer and communicatorPreferable: CMHA/ICPI certified, drystone or masonry certified, or other industry certifications, welding, mechanic, additional construction experience

PAY & BENEFITS:

  • Competitive pay, will commensurate with experience and skill
  • No weekends, EVER.
  • A balanced work-life schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15-5:45, Friday 7:10-4 weather dependent 40-48 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
